Al Alyaa is a modern, gated district designed to elevate urban living within the Haram boundary of Madinah. Strategically positioned at the heart of Knowledge Economic City, it gives residents direct access to key destinations across the KEC masterplan and wider Madinah.
The community brings together homes, green spaces, education, hospitality and everyday conveniences in one setting: 70,000 square metres of landscaped areas promote well-being, walkability and outdoor living for families of all ages, while a nursery and an international school make it a complete, future-ready neighbourhood. A 144-key Hyatt Centric hotel and 480 Hyatt House serviced apartments add hotel-grade amenities on the doorstep.
For overseas buyers, that combination — 1,490 new-build homes, a secure gated environment, schooling on site and an address inside the Haram boundary — makes Al Alyaa the most significant residential opportunity in the zone.
