Market status: July 2026

Saudi Arabia’s ownership law for non-Saudis has been in force since January 2026. In June 2026 the Cabinet approved the designated zones, including named districts of Makkah and Madinah where Muslims worldwide can hold freehold title, and REGA’s Saudi Properties portal opened for foreign applications. Developers are releasing availability progressively, and each project is verified before it is listed on this page.
