Haramain Properties exists for a community that has long been underserved: Muslims outside Saudi Arabia who dream of owning a home near the Haramain but find the rules hard to follow from abroad.
Our experience in the Saudi property market goes back nearly two decades. Between 2007 and 2009 we were involved in the international marketing of Abraj Al-Bait, the King Abdulaziz Endowment project in Makkah, one of the most significant developments ever built beside the Haram. That work connected us to an extensive global network of Muslim property buyers which we continue to serve today.
The 2026 ownership law changed what is possible, and this site tracks it carefully: the designated zones, the Saudi Properties portal process, the costs and the projects, all checked against official announcements and reputable legal analysis, with sources cited.
