Zone type: Residential district, approved for non-Saudi ownership on the official Saudi Properties portal.
Location: East Madinah, adjacent to Knowledge Economic City — around 11 km from the Prophet’s Mosque and 1 km from the Haramain train station at its nearest edge.
Live project: The Majdiah residential neighbourhood (500,466 m², 1,106 apartments and 379 villas) is the zone’s flagship development.
Mishraf sits in east Madinah between King Abdul Aziz Road to the north and the Al-Hijrah Road (Route 60 / Madinah Expressway) to the south, with King Khalid bin Abdulaziz Road and the Haramain High-Speed Railway running along its eastern edge — directly beside Knowledge Economic City.
