Important: Haramain Properties is a UK-based advisory and marketing business. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax or investment advice. Under Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate Ownership System for Non-Saudis (in force since January 2026), individual ownership within Makkah and Madinah is reserved for Muslims and is limited to designated zones approved by the Council of Ministers; eligibility and every purchase are determined solely by the competent Saudi authorities via the official Saudi Properties portal. Government charges include the 5% Real Estate Transaction Tax and an additional non-Saudi transfer fee of up to 5%. Regulations may change. Project descriptions are informational summaries of publicly announced developments, not offers. Always obtain independent legal advice in Saudi Arabia and your country of residence before transacting.
